Location was very convenient. It was right next to the central train station. Staff was very friendly. The rooftop bar is a plus, it has a good atmosphere. I liked the gym. It had updated equipment.

The beautiful room I originally booked was too small. It had a view of a roof with bird droppings. I had to ask for a different room. The hotel should inspect room views more carefully.

My "Beautiful Room" was a joke. It looked exactly like the pictures of the smaller rooms advertised. The room size was nowhere near the listed range! The staff insisted it was beautiful. The attempt at gaslighting was shocking. The loud music from reception made sleep difficult, given the room was on the first floor.

I loved the convenient location near the central station. It was less than a two-minute walk. a fifteen-minute train ride took me straight to the airport. the breakfast had a lot of variety, and the quality was good. the staff was very attentive, and i felt welcomed.

the room was on the smaller side, though it had everything i needed. i wish it had been a bit larger to better accommodate my luggage. no other issues arose .
